
High Potential Individuals
Executive Passage works with individuals with the ability, motivation and commitment to rise to leadership—high potential individuals. We work with companies and organizations to develop succession strategies to attract, develop and retain their high potential individuals to become capable leaders. High potential individuals may also come to us directly to help them navigate their way to success. High potential individuals are thought of as agile learners, rising stars, emerging leaders—critical to the talent pipeline. However, they can also be hard on themselves, torn between excitement for greater responsibility and added recognition, yet fear of failure and the stress of being put under the spotlight and pressure to live up to higher expectations.
Executive Passage helps high potential individuals address the challenges they may be faced with including: career transitions; dealing with difficult bosses, employees or colleagues; managing change; balancing personal and professional responsibilities; developing new skills especially leadership skills; lack of mentors, champions and supportive networks and the need for a seasoned, trusted, independent sounding board. High potential women in particular, face unique workplace challenges that most men are completely unaware of.
